Is insurance accepted? If so, which ones?
Yes, insurance is accepted. Currently the following insurances are being accepted: BCBS, AETNA, CIGNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, COMMUNITY HEALTHCHOICE, AMERIGROUP, UHC COMMUNITY PLAN, HEALTH ADVOCATE, and COMPSYCH (EAP).
What are your rates?
Rates can vary by therapist as it relates to their the level of training and years of experience, as well as on the services being requested. Please contact our office for more detailed rates based on the services you’re interested in receiving. How am I billed?
All payments that are the client’s responsibility must be paid in full prior to meeting with our therapist. These include all deductibles, copayments, coinsurances, or self-pay accounts. No payments will be taken in-office. We utilize Headway for our billing and administrative processes, so upon registering for a session, you will receive an email from Headway requesting that you complete your consents and billing information. You are bill at the completion of your sessions. Additionally, should you not have an insurance carrier covered by Headway, or have insurance through Medicaid, Medicare, or are self-pay, you are emailed an invoice via Square prior to your scheduled appointment which allows you the opportunity and convenience to take care of your payment via any major credit, debit, or HSA account.
